Meet Dr Karen Williams
X-rays indicated the presence of a grade three spondylolisthesis that was putting a great deal of pressure on her grandmother’s back. After just a few adjustments, her grandmother’s health improved dramatically. The experience was really amazing for Dr Karen. If such a simple adjustment could significantly change someone’s overall health, she wanted to do that.
Following Her Dream
Dr Karen completed her Master’s in Chiropractic at Macquarie University in Sydney in 2004. Continuing to enhance her skills, she has done a significant amount of advanced training in all the skills she uses in her practice and a lot of paediatrics work over the years.

She owned and operated her own boutique practise in NSW for five years and followed that with locuming in South America, Australia, and all over New Zealand. Dr Karen has a wide range of experience, from caring for babies and young adults to seniors, using various gentle chiropractic adjusting techniques.

Dr Karen believes that health is a journey, and we must work at it daily to get the desired results, taking care of our health and wellbeing. Over time, she has learned more about how to adapt care to meet her patients’ needs to produce better patient outcomes.

Life Outside the Practice
When she’s not helping others live their best life, Dr Karen enjoys travelling (Italy’s her
favourite), going to the gym, and playing tennis.
She comes from a large family, the oldest of six, so family is also very important to her.
